Before law school, I worked as a financial analyst, where I learned how deals get modeled and priced. I later spent time at a Fortune 500 food & beverage company and also in the hospitality and REIT sector, which taught me how businesses operate day to day. Those experiences shape how I approach legal work: I want my clients to understand both the terms and the business behind them.
